Salary up to £22,932 per annum + commission scheme (OTE £25,000)

What does the job entail?

  • Maintain a presence at the Paint & Bodyshop reception desk, ensuring all customer queries (either in person or via telephone) are answered promptly
  • Notify customers of completion of work
  • Handle customer complaints calmly and in a timeous manner
  • Follow correct procedure when issuing courtesy cars to customers, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and copies of customer’s driving license are taken 
  • Document all warranty work in line with manufacturer requirements and retail policy
  • Promptly prepare and present invoices following completion of work, ensuring all work has been carried out as detailed and charged for, obtaining payment in line with company procedures
  • Receive and register payments for work carried out
  • Ensure compliance to all health and safety/environmental/company policies
  • Ensure the tidiness of the reception desk is maintained 
  • Update and maintain vehicle repair records
  • Ensure all faxes/mail reach the relevant people
  • Ensure all repair certificates are updated
  • Operate the switchboard in an efficient and professional manner
