Job Description:

• Facilitate clear and effective communication with customers and Sales Executives through phone and email, fostering positive, trust-based relationships with both clients and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyse customer behaviours and trends, supporting Group-wide retention strategies through actionable insights.
• Collect and interpret data on customer feedback and complaints, producing detailed reports on customer behaviour to inform strategy and drive improvement.
• Design and implement proactive, customer-centred retention strategies, adapting dynamically based on client feedback and needs.
• Lead negotiations with customers to renew contracts, maximizing retention while maintaining strong client relations.
