Job Description:

• Talk to and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements, including both stated and unconscious needs.
• Qualify understanding of the customer's needs through discussion and gauging reactions to alternative options.
• Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, adapting to their buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product through activities such as test drives.
• Work with the Sales Executives to develop necessary skills for performing the duties of an experienced Sales Executive.
• Assist in appraising part exchange vehicles, checking documentation, and obtaining quotes for any required paint or repair work.
