Job Description:

• Allocate jobs to Service Technicians, considering estimated job duration, skill levels, and job requirements.
• Monitor job status against required completion times to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with the Service Advisors regarding completion times, notifying them of any delays or changes.
• Liaise with the Parts department to coordinate parts requirements, progress tracking, and follow-ups, as necessary.
• Ensure job cards are completed accurately, detailing records of all services provided, repairs made, and parts used to ensure they comply with the manufacturer standards.
