Parts Supervisor
Location: St Andrews
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Role Overview: Managing daily operations related to parts orders, stock management, and customer service. This role includes handling customer queries, resolving parts identification issues, auditing advice notes, managing parts promotions, and ensuring timely processing of orders and payments.
Salary: £30,000.00
On Target Earnings: £34,000.00
Hours Worked: 42
Job Description:
- Ensure all V.O.R. (Vehicle Off Road) orders are received and invoiced daily.
- Manage PDR (Damages and Shortages) daily.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any parts identification issues.
- Provide cover for telephone, customer counter, and workshop counter as needed.
- Control van delivery orders daily.
