Vehicle Administrator

Job description

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate vehicle sales/purchase records, manage DVLA registrations, and ensure risk management for used vehicles.
• Transaction Management: Invoice sales promptly, handle vehicle taxing and tax rebates, oversee new vehicle ordering, and manage new vehicle adoption.
• Communication and Coordination: Facilitate internal and external communication with Accounts and Sales Managers, and engage in Group and branch projects.
• Team Management and Development: Oversee the Vehicle Administration team's daily activities and ensure continuous training and development.
• Inventory Management and Reporting: Manage vehicle ledgers and stocklists; conduct stock checks; prepare reconciliations and financial reports; handle warranty, service contracts, and vehicle finance settlements.
