Job description
- Attend to all visitor requirements and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor customers in the showroom and promptly address their needs.
- Operate the switchboard efficiently and professionally, answering calls within 3 rings.
- Ensure messages and emails reach the relevant person or department promptly. If this cannot be done, return messages within the hour with an estimated return call time.
- Maintain the Reception email daily, receiving and responding to messages.
