Overview
Your primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between customers and the Service department. You will assist customers in diagnosing vehicle issues, recommend appropriate services or repairs, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and vehicle issues.
- Clearly explain recommended services or repairs, including associated costs and timelines.
- Provide accurate estimates for labour and parts, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Treating internal and external customers equally.
