Job description
- Ledger & Cash Management: Maintain ledgers and cashbooks; control petty cash; manage payment runs.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile ledger and bank accounts for accuracy.
- Invoice Processing & Reporting: Match and process invoices to purchase orders, prepare intercompany recharges, prepare some year-end audit schedules and nominal ledger reconciliations.
- Credit Control: Maintain credit control and ensure any overage debt is at a minimum.
- Banking & Additional Duties: Process daily Branch banking. Learn how to prepare a set of accounts for Head Office & our Property Company.
