Role Overview:

• Enjoy three months of commission support to aid in your transition.
• Sell new Maxus vans, Approved Used Mercedes-Benz, and non-franchise vans.
• Provide exceptional van-buying experiences for customers.
• Establish rapport to understand customer needs.
• Follow sales procedures diligently, maintaining accurate customer records.
• Engage in proactive prospecting and follow-up, including personalised videos.
• Meet monthly sales targets for both new and used vans.
• Ensure positive customer outcomes for finance and additional products, conduct test drives, and accurately appraise part-exchanges.
