Role Overview:
- Be aware of dealership trading terms.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels.
- Verify parts against delivery notes.
- Educate customers on parts and accessories.
- Cultivate relationships with new customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on promotions for displays.
- Manage warranty materials and surcharge ledger.
