Role Overview:
- Allocate tasks to technicians.
- Coordinate with parts team.
- Monitor job progress and communicate with advisors.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness.
- Manage overtime and purchase orders.
- Conduct employee appraisals.
- Control resources and implement advertising.
- Enhance customer service and handle complaints.
- Monitor profitability and ensure compliance.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Meet legal obligations.
- Conduct staff briefings.
